Numbo does not require user registration or profile creation to play. We prioritize user privacy and minimize data collection.
A. Gameplay and Storage Data
Your game high scores, coins, unlocked themes, power-ups, and grid progress are saved locally on your iOS device via Apple's secure storage systems (UserDefaults / Key-Value store). This data does not leave your device unless synced to your personal iCloud account.
B. Analytics & Telemetry
To help us debug crashes and improve performance, we may collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable diagnostic logs (e.g. crash traces, device model, operating system version, and aggregate gameplay durations). These are transmitted securely to Firebase Crashlytics.
2. How We Use Information
Any diagnostic data collected is used solely to:
- Debug compiler/runtime crashes and freeze errors.
- Optimize layout responsiveness across different iPhone and iPad display sizes.
- Enhance game mechanics and combo balancing.
3. Third-Party Services
Our game utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you in an anonymous capacity:
- Apple Game Center: Used to manage global leaderboard scores and achievements. This is governed under Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Firebase Crashlytics / Google Analytics: Used for diagnostic crash reporting.
4. Data Retention and Security
Diagnostic telemetry reports are stored on Firebase for a limited duration and are deleted automatically. Because we do not store personal profiles, there is no personal data database. You can completely delete your local progress at any time by uninstalling the application from your device.
5. Children's Privacy
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover a child has provided us with personal details, we will immediately take steps to purge this information.
