- Exploit cheats, automation software (bots), or hacks that alter gameplay.
- Use the game for any unlawful purposes.
3. Virtual Coins & Economy
Numbo contains a virtual currency system (coins) used to refresh shapes or purchase powerups (Hammer, Bomb, Cross). These coins are earned through gameplay or may be purchased.
- Virtual items and coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or physical items.
- All virtual purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by Apple App Store policies.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Numbo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will run uninterrupted, error-free, or be completely secure.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of Numbo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application.
